I was very disappointed with how our appointment was dealt with! It takes us hard working folks working from paycheck to paycheck to find or get day off. When an establishment, like Kool Smile give you the run around! That hurts your finance and your time! Two things folks like me don’t have the luxury to waste!
I hate this place... they are slow and rude!!!!!! I cant wait to find my kids and I another dentist office!!!!!
Monique was an amazing assistant. I will recommend her to anyone. Very polite, easy going. Since Ive becoming here to offer an blanket interact with the parents and kids. I gove her 5 stars. NEXT TIME I COME I. ASKING FOR MONIQUE
This the second time my appointment has been cancelled on the day of. 1St it was you don't see adults on weekends okay now that's understandable but now y'all call and say Medicaid don't cover cleanings for adults I've had this appointment for months now you didn't know this when you scheduled me? I will never recommend kool smiles to anyone.
