Cant give you any information about copays something that should be done prior and let the patient know before thir appointment how much not bring you in just to waste everyones time
What a bunch of b.s. this facility is. I made and appt for a tooth extraction and some other concerns. The receptionist told me that i couldnt even be seen because my insurance doesnt cover the special xrays they would have to take. I didnt even get to see a dentist then when i asked the receptionist if i came all the way there for no reason she replied basically yes sorry. What the hell! Crazy thing is anywhere else my insurance covers xrays and kool smiles wouldn't even let me see a dentist without $77 up front. What a bun... read more
