Kool smiles Eastpoint is AMAZING� the staff was extremely nice and generous and guided me all the way threw my EXT. The doctor was not only dreamy� he was extremely pleasant and Gentle. I loved EVERYTHING about my visit . Dominique was my DA and she also did a excellent job.... I would recommend everyone to go to eastpoint location�
I love it there. The employees are always very nice and friendly and always willing to help. Ill always take my kids back to kool smiles and ill always recommend other people here .

I do not appreciate your so called professional staff downgrading my child because he has a fear of needles. What kind of business makes fun a kid with phobias Freaking disgraceful and distasteful in that place So fucking what he gets sent to the Dental school at university!! So u talk shit in the halls loud enough to be heard and call it disgraceful and sad because he needs to go there.. pathetic staff
Very friendly...1st time for my grandaughter and she had no problem...
I think the hygienist was very nice, she was excellent with my kids. My issue was that my kids hadn't been to the dentist in a while, so the obviously had cavities. I asked the dentist how many cavities my child had, and the assistant yelled out how many she he obviously in front of evveryone. In a way to obviously make me feel some type of way about it. Horrible experience for my son. He had an appointment..he just went to the dentist 3 weeks ago. The dentist at kool smile acted like my son hasn't been to the dentist for awhile. Its his gums, not the teeth! They wanted to do dentures on him. He doesn't need it. Rip off! Never again. He was going there to get a second opinion
