Today was our first time at Kool Smiles and even thought the place is a revolving door. The staff was very friendly, place is clean and most importantly my 2 years first visit was a success. THX Kool Smiles you did great!
My experience at Kool smiles was pleasant. The staff was very nice and i was seen in a timely manner.
This office keeps emailing me the private information of a patient of theirs. I’ve contacted them twice and I’m still receiving the patients information. I live in Ohio and you’re located in Maryland! I think it’s terrible they don’t care about a patients right to privacy and they’re knowingly violating HIPPA laws.
Got my last cleaning back in May, before I left the dentist checked me and said I had one cavity and made my appointment the next day for a filling . Receptionist tells my chart says I have 4 cavities and tries to charge me $50 co pay just to get seen and told me I would have to come back another day to get the other ones filled. I don’t understand how I’m told by the dentist I have one cavity but all of a sudden it turns into 4 within a day . Scam artists! They made me use all my insurance money and still never fully fixed ... read more
The staff is very friendly. My son was scared to have a tooth extracted but the assistant showed him everything and had him calm down. He did great �
My son had Jessica as a dental assistant ... she was awesome ... he just loves this place ���
