When you set a appointment you they ask you to arrive 15 minutes early and they don't see you at your scheduled time sometimes the wait is longer than 30 minutes and their turn over rate for employers are high so you may see new people .....THEY ARE THE WORST I DO NOT RECOMMEND KOOLS SMILES I set an appointments and wasn't seen for a hour and then they rescheduled me. When you call to file a complaint they don't contact you back ... don't waste your time
Had 2 great experiences there today. My middle son got in an accident and two of his teeth came out and everyone in there was so nice and very helpful. I am really glad I chose this place to take my kids. I will recommend to all my friends.
I have been getting phone calls and emails from them nonstop-literally every hour- for weeks. I am NOT ready to make any appointments! STOP CALLING ME.
From beginning to end our visit is always awesome! The girls at the front desk are always pleasant and nice. The hygienists are all wonderful and care about what they do. I see them interact with kids and they're very patient. Since my husband and I are coming here for about a year and a half, we have received the best cleanings ever! The girls are very thorough. It started off, Very Rule from Front Counter Staff, but once in back the Staff made it a 180 degree turn around The Staff in back was Uplifting, Cheerful and Amazing. I would recommend Kppl Smiles to all military friends and family
Nice Staff and very patient with my daughter who is always terrified and cries when i take her to any doctor i will definitely be going back and recommend anyone else that has a child or children who are afraid to be seen by the doctor.
