If I could give a 0 rating I would. Called to speak with someone after receiving a text message with the wrong date for my son to get braces. I was then told that the doctor took the day off and I wasn’t told earlier because the manager was on maternity leave. I made this appointment 3 months in advance so that it met my child’s and my needs. After going back and forth with Stephanie, I was hung up on. Been coming to the Little creek office since 2007, and my kids love the staff. Never a problem with getting an appointment or rescheduling. We have never had a bad experience.
Today was my first visit to this office and even though I was there due to a cracked wisdom tooth, the staff made the entire experience better. The woman at the front desk could tell how much pain I was in and ensured a quick consultation. The dental assistant as well as the dentist were very thorough and gentle as to not worsen the pain. This was one of the best experiences I've ever had at a dentist.
I was disppointed my daughter was scared to dentist or doctor and the dentist said he doesnt need to force her it means he will not check his teeth,and he saud wait till next 6 months!Well,It doesnt make sense to me!!I set an appt just to make sure We never missed her appt.Till I told him that she will be like that again next time then he checked my daughter's teeth.I just don't want to waste my time to ho to your clinic and just brush the teeth of my kid cause I can do that at my home!!!!!!!The important is to check the tee... read more
