Dont wait until i arrive at the office to tell me that my kids appointments were cancelled. If you can email me to confirm, reminder and on top of that send me a 'sorry we missed you' email where was the cancellation notice? Never again... Last straw.
If I could give this place a negative rating I would. It has gone to complete crap in the past few years. Can never get my child's antibiotics called in even when I call and remind them (child has heart condition and needs meds before any dental work) my child's appointment was scheduled for 11 had to push it to 1 because no meds were called in here it is 3 o'clock and they are just starting his procedure he's been under the laughing gas for over an hour and they are just now beginning.
NEVER BRING YOUR KIDS HERE! They strapped my little girl down & tortured her to the point that she peed on herself. At 6yrs old that should never happen. These doctors are not legit & this office should be shut down!!!

Haven't been. Won't ever go. Happy to take your money but they don't stand behind their work.
