As an adult new to the area I chose those place when I found out they took adults due to the fact that I have high functioning autism(which means I’m weird about a lot of things) and severe anxiety. I’d expect them to have a little more knowledge of dealing with this stuff since tons of kids come in with sensitivity issues. But NOPE. This information is easily seen on my file. worst place to go in lake Charles..they have the worst care...In my opinion they dont care and takes 2 days to get a prescription called in...and this after calling them repeatedly...dentist apparently unable to write prescriptions..so if you have an infection you have to wait..nightmare!
They don’t know what the hell they are doing and to put a kid in a restraint when that kind of operation should’ve been done at a hospital I sure in the hell would like to know who runs this place
Friendly service, the three kids they serviced were treated good and had quick service.
Reynalda is great!!! She cleans teeth thourally and she is not so rough and and really sweet!!!
They have stepped up their game! I called to make my kid an appointment, spoke with a kind person. She heard my concerns about my son being autistic with sensory issues and made arrangements for him to have a private room. We got text reminders for the appointment. (Which i love) The receptionists were nice. The hygienist Sherry was really good with calming my son down. She was fantastic. The dentist knew how to tell him what she was doing so that he knew what to expect. We will be back.
