Dr. Sheffield and Dr. Z are so awesome and good about explaining what my kids need for a healthy smile. My daughter had 3 procedures done yesterday and everyone was so nice and quick. I have 4 kids so I'm in and out because of how efficient the staff is.
I was ONE MINUTE late for my children's 2:30 appointment and they, Kool Smiles Columbia, SC, would not see my children!!!!! ONE MINUTE!! I had to take off work, two children had to miss school and one had to miss a day of work. I drove through downtown Columbia to this place and I was ONE MINUTE LATE. I got there at 2:31!!!!! We are long time customers and I am NOT HAPPY!!!!!!!!!!!
