VERY UNPROFESSIONAL @ FOREST ACRES LOCATION
Dr. Sheffield was very unprofessional today. My granddaughter was scheduled for a filling. She was laying in the chair with mask and dark shades on. All of a sudden the Dr. begins to inject her gums without even letting her know what she was getting ready to do. Of course my granddaughter reacted with feared and in pain.

dentist is rude. didn't even introduce herself before digging her fingers into my children's mouth. didn't attempt to build any relationship with myself or my children to alleviate any anxiety. I still don't know her name or even if she is really a doctor. her dental assistant was rude as well. wish I could give 0 stars. this is the worst place in Columbia you could ever take your children.
Absolutely Loved everyone involved with the care of my kids! Would definitely recommend it here.
