They are nice and kind and patient with the children
Never will I go back to Kool Smiles. Yesterday they did fillings on Elisia. She complained all night that she was in pain so I took her back this morning. I had to come to work so I left my 18 yr old daughter in law with her. After I left the doctor said she was lying about the pain and her face wasnt swollen which I could tell it was. He said nothing was wrong with her but after reviewing the xrays it indicated there was an exposed nerve. Would never go here ! Look them up on google scam artist and tht place is so gross was told from interns tht have interned there tht they do not sanitize or clean there instruments and technically crappy !
Brenda O. Is awesome!!! Dr. O always does great work!! They always explain what they are doing so my kids feel comfortable. I love this place.
Dr Hsu is amazing. He made my child feel like a princess. He made sure she wasn't afraid and distracted her very well. Told her stories about princess's and his assistant Brenda O also is Awesome. They took very good care of my princess. I really do recommend them. They made us feel comfortable. Thank you both for everything.
