Very friendly staff. Didn't have a long wait either visit. Had a very difficult extraction and everyone made me feel comfortable & cared for.
This time I had Dr. Narita work on my granddaughters. The four year old sat through three crowns and two fillings. The Doc talked to her about waterfalls, and angelwings... The two year old also sat through teeth cleaning. Very good with children! My whole family gets their dentistry here. Good prices, cash prices if needed, take all insurances. Great services . I had my wisdom tooth taken out with dr Fenn and this we the fastest easiest tooth extraction . They have got a lot better with their appointments . I used to go and wait for hours . But not anymore . Now as soon as you get there they let you in and work right away . Dr Narita is really good and the staff is very frindly . I recommend them definitely with no doubt

Today was my third trip there, the staff and dentist have been fantastic and the dentistry have been absolutely wonderful, I would definitely recommend them to anyone

Waiting time can be extremely long from time to time. The Dental service are great and affordable.
We have Humana dental insurance. They are so cheap that they will only allow us to use the Medicaid Dentists to pay their 50%. So, I had an appointment at Kool Smiles at 4:00, I was in the neighborhood earlier and came filled out my paperwork about 1:40, then I was STILL back here by 3:30. Well, 6:20 and I still haven't been seen. WHY do they overbook like this? Why?!?!
Great first time experience. Wait time was minimal. Adrienne quickly helped us schedule our first appointment and remembered us when we arrived. Great customer service and dental care. I would highly recommend Kool Smiles!
