Caring and friendly staff! Kids enjoyed playing in the play area while we waited to be seen. Doctor was caring and very professional!!!
I have been taking my children for about two years now, My children love going to their appointments. The office staff is so welcoming. Sandra always has a smile on her face and is so friendly.
Overall great experience, the wait was a bit more than I expected but well worth the wait. Dr. Narita was very patient and explained my treatment. The staff was friendly and very professional. I would recommend this dental office when looking for a dentist. A++++
SO beyond impressed with this place!! WAY awesome staff, very clean & everything is sterilized immediately after use (chairs, tables, etc). Waiting room is large with a play area for the little ones. I cannot get over the great treatment I was given by the front desk (Stephanie), my hygienist, the X-ray tech & the dentist herself.
Excellent. Great job & friendly staff as usual. They called me the day before asking for insurance information and I had no problems checking in and being seen (last appointment I had insurance issues and it caused a delay).
Went to my first cleaning appointment and the staff was great. I was nervous at first but they really helped me feel comfortable and at ease. Everyone was very friendly and I even was given the option to get my fillings done that same day. Dr. Narita did great and I would highly recommend this dental office!!! Office was very clean!!!
Rave!! Rave!! Rave!! After my third visit I decided to write a review. I can't find one thing I could say wrong about this place, from the check in desk to the check out, these girls were amazing!! Stephanie at front desk was very welcoming and answered all the questions I had before even checking me in. Heidi was the assistant assigned to me (I think) was as nice as could be she could tell I was nervous and helped put me at ease. Nice staff and great dentist. BUT the wait was absolutely ridiculous!!! There was only 1 other person in the lobby when we got there. We were called back about 10 min after we got there but then had to wait for over an hour past my children's appointment time for anyone to even come back and look at them (we were just there to get cleanings.) Had my deep cleaning and fillings done at the same day!! the hygienist (Julie) took her time explained oral hygiene and did an excellent deep cleaning! Excellent staff!!!
