I stress when having to go to dental appointments and after experiencing pain I had to go in. Dr. Narita took great care of my needs AND the staff (Heidi) helped me relax and get the treatment I needed.
Walked into Koolsmiles without having an appointment and they were able to see my 4 yr old son right away. My insurance was verified quickly. Great experience!!!
My daughter really enjoys her visits to Koolsmiles, she enjoys playing in the play area and as a parent I like the doctors patience with her. I like that I'm allowed in the back with my daughter.
My husband and myself go to Koolsmiles of Midland and Dr Narita and staff are very caring and take care of my dental needs. Delaila the assistant is especially caring when I'm in the office. Would highly recommend!
my girls were very scared Dr Narita was very nice and friendly my children felt secured staff made it a friendly environment we are looking forward for the next visit.
We waited 2 hours to get called back and then another hour once getting called back, for a cleaning!!
Been coming here for while!love dr.nereida!she's done work on my daughter and me(mom)as well!!would highly recommend!also they are always willing to work you in ASAP!
I'm always allow to be right next to my kids at all times. They are super patient with my kids and they are very flexible with the appointments.
Heidi was an amazing dental assistant today! She is very friendly and calming when my son got scared. Great place to take your kids. Excellent staff
