They did a fantastic job after scheduling and work failed for both AJ Perri and Gold Medal Plumbing. They prioritized the work, given their was no heat in the apartment. They didn't complain or reject the service because a washing machine had to be moved or because I couldn't reserve parking in front of the building, like AJ Perri and Gold Medal Plumbing had. They had everything fixed quickly. Thanks again!

Howard and his team are professional, timely, and do quality work. We were so grateful for their service after a series of terrible experiences with other HVAC companies like AJ Peri and Home Depot install services. We first hired Kook and don in 2021 to install a brand new split system in our historic brownstone.
