Dr. Lekkas and his staff are incredible! From the first visit to all the post op visits, they are all so incredibly caring and helpful. His nurse Sherry is the best!! I would recommend Dr. Lekkas, and his amazing staff to everyone.
My consult for post weight loss skin removal with Dr. Lekkas was infuriating. He came in before the nurse was even done taking my vitals stating he was supposed to be in the OR so he had to hurry this up. He dismissed my request for a specific type of incision stating it wasn't needed, even though a different surgeon has told me it is. He wouldn't expand on why he thought it wasn't needed. Dr. Lekkas is not only an incredible surgeon but also genuinely cares about his patients. From our first meeting, he made me feel at ease and confident in his skills. I also can’t say enough about Sheri. She provided amazing support, answered all my questions, and truly eased my worries with her kindness and patience. There is comfort in this team.
Dr. Lekkas is a warm/friendly/kind/ very skilled surgeon. I so very much appreciate his excellent work with my revision of my reconstruction after cancer. My previous surgeon was not so skilled and Dr. Lekkas worked his magic to make me feel whole again!
