Outstanding service! The customer service is impeccable. While conducting my semiannual cleaning the hygienist was very informative, knowledgeable courteous and professional.
I reccomend Stephen Konikoff in Norfolk, even though there is another Konikof in Chesapeake, for these four reasons: 1) My families experiance over the many years. 2) Friends experiance who have gone to other dentists, had bad experiances and then found a much better fit. 3) Pick my hygenist and dentist. Eveyone there knows my name. 4) I say American instead of inclusive because America is an inclusive melting pot. . Dr. Konikof and his staff explains things and lets us make the final descision. Took me on time. Office staff and dentist were polite and followed all COVID procedures. The only thing that bothered me was paying an extra fee for COVID supplies!
