Dr. Dodge is the best Dentist! As someone who hates going to the doctor/dentist, I had the greatest experience with everyone in this practice! They were all very gentle with my mouth & supported my preferences to avoid radiation & fluoride. They communicated thoroughly about my payment plan & truly listen to their patients. Good team energy & an uplifting environment. 10/10 recommend!
I'm currently in excruciating pain and in need of a root canal due to a filling being drilled too close to a nerve. I've been referred out to an endodontist who won't see me in an emergent situation because I'm not their patient and no one from the practice (Konikoff) is willing to perform the root canal either. Upon speaking with a dentist from this practice via the emergency line, they won't see me and I must wait until Monday to see the endodontist. They were all very polite, took good care of me and really checked my mouth out real good and took a lot of time to do everything right.
Other than starting a bit late for my checkup/cleaning appointment, it was a great experience like always. Whole process with the myriad health/safety checks due to COVID were well thought out and executed.
My son had a great first experience at the dentist, though he was afraid leading up to it. They made him feel very comfortable, with no waiting, in-and-out in 30 mins. He was very pleased! Thank you!
