Poor communication, difficult warranty process. My adjustment tab on my strut had seized. I emailed back and forth with their warranty dept several times. They would fail to reply to emails on several occasions leaving me to reach out starting the process over again and again. They wouldn't warranty my strut without a copy of my original receipt. The strut was purchased 15 years ago and I had lost my receipt. I offered to provide dated pictures of the product brand new in box and installed on my car from 15 years ago. No go.... read more
This company makes terrible shock absorbers. Please take your money elsewhere. I filed a warranty claim for two damaged shock absorbers, the shock absorbers first of all are poorly packaged. The shock absorber is loose in the box and once it was delivered it busted a hole in the side of the box it came in and the delivery box. Both shock absorbers were installed correctly and they tried to tell me that they were damaged upon installation but the new ones are working okay, and they were installed the same exact way.
