I love this place i have been going to them since i lived here an almost 8yrs
I started seeing Dr.Chang my sophomore year of high school he helped improve my vision and got me to work on eye exercises so that I wouldn't be cross-eyed which was really important to me and now umpteen years later I use him for my daughter's eye care and his staff is always friendly and polite...
I have only been the one time, but I can't say anything bad at all about this place.
I had an appointment at 9 and by 9:30 I was still waiting in the waiting room. I was the first person there and the first appointment so am not sure what was taking so long. I was also told my insurance had termed which ended up being untrue and I'm not sure why eligibility couldn't have been verified before my appointment so things could have gone quicker. I have been a patient for over five years but am definitely going to take my business elsewhere.
