Staff and doctor unprofessional. Declined to have dilation and they did it anyways. I feel this is against my medical rights as a patient. I understand the importance of dilating but I was only there to get glasses since I lost mine. If someone says no in any situation that means “NO”! Plus my copay is only $10.00 for eye exam but since they did the other testing (against my wishes) it cost me $40.00. This is the only place I will ever go to get my eyes examined. With no appointment, I was the 1st patient they saw after 1pm. They got me in at out in under 30 minutes. That is service.
Squeezed me in on very short notice! Great Doc! Highly recommend.
Had appointment at Sw 3rd st office in Oklahoma city. Signed in at 12:41pm had an appointment for 1pm. Sat in clinic for over an hour no one acknowledged us. Walk in patients that arrived 30 minutes after us were seen. After sitting there over an hour past our appointment time we asked about our appointment. Staff responded that they didn't know we were there. Finally got seen 2 hours after our appointment. I was under the impression that making an appointment meant we would be seen in a timely manner.
