The pool is fantastic. The rooms are spacious and clean. Food and service are Top!

No shuttle, no elevator, no plug where coffee maker was located near dresser so needed to relocate to bathroom to plug in the coffee maker,no coffee available in lobby, refrigerator filled with items for sale leaving no room for personal items. I expected more for the price I paid for room.

Beautiful setting and wonderful service. Our trip was lovely from start to finish
The AC in the room was not working. The temperature was 80 degrees. The solution was to bring a fan in. This is the second night in a row that a call was made about the air conditioner. The response was wasn't a fan provided? Completely unacceptable.
