We had an extremely frustrating and unacceptable experience with Dr. Kompalgadh’s office. For over 20 days, we have been trying to secure an appointment, but the lack of response and accountability from the staff has been shocking. In mid-April, we were told that Molina Healthcare was not accepted, so we went through the trouble of switching our insurance to Oscar specifically to consult this doctor. The front desk staff need to do a little better with customer service/support, especially over the phone, I’ve been hung up on with no callback multiple times, no reminder texts for appointments etc. This office came highly recommended but unfortunately my first visit felt a little rushed and no one checked me out after... no questions asked.. not even a follow up appt recommended after I mentioned my history of conditions (which would require some examinations). I can't thank Dr. Gadh enough. She took her time with me and was very supportive of my decisions. I had a wonderful, uneventful pregnancy and delivery (and recovery!) with her.
