Called for possible wax ring leak and was told all of my plumbing needed to be redone and we were at risk for methane gas leaking from pipes. Estimate is cost $15K but would give me a disc. to $12.5K . Had Dallas Plbg and American Leak Detection come out and I had no leaks even under pressure. Totally disappointed in what was an honorable family business before it was sold. We are disabled seniors and this could have been a very expensive unnecessary waste of our savings. Shame on ****&sons!

I called main office on Jan. 6th, 2020 with a question about 2 estimates. I was told that only the sales manager could answer it, and that he would call me back that same day. 2 days later, no call, so I called again, and talked to Giovani. He said "the sales manager is in his office on the phone, and will call me back today". I explained that is what the last guy said, and he said "Well I'm not going to go into his office and take the phone out of his ear". My 92 year old mother called McElroy's to have them come and do a service check on her furnace. They came Thursday November 14th 2019. Two people showed up. The service tech looked at the furnace while the older "sales" gentleman chatted with my mom. The service guy told her she had cracks in the furnace and needed to be replaced immediately. He had taken pictures of it. But they could LEASE her a new unit for $167 per month for 10 YEARS!! Total cost to her would run about $20,000. With the lease agreement if she were to sel... read more

D&K are incredibly professional, quick and efficient. They were at my house when my furnace failed very quickly and even though I knew we needed a new one, Shawn still tried to troubleshoot the old furnace. They had a new high quality furnace installed the next day. I will be likely using them to replace a few other appliances in the future.

Atmostemp gave me a fair quote and them delivered on the quote. The only thing negative was that the work started one day later than scheduled due to heater not received. The team was professional and the work was completed on time. What more can you ask for.
