I couldn't be more satisfied with the services provided by Falso Service Experts in Syracuse, N.Y. My first communication was with Jessica, who coordinated scheduling the initial estimate, and subsequent appointment to resolve a plumbing problem. In addition to doing the estimate, Bill D. also completed the job efficiently and professionally. Absolute fraud. I purchased an hvac tune up and they did absolutely nothing to my unit. All they did is prepare an estimate for a $10,000 system that costs $4000 everywhere else. Do not waste your money and do not purchase anything from this company.

I would like to share with your consumers the feedback on the seriousness and pro-activity of the Service Expert Heating and Air Conditioning Company. The water damage caused by a junior technician was fully taken care of by the general manager of South Florida. Mr B.S. has shown empathy, listening and professionalism. We have been customers of Air Engineers for 25 years. Most of their technicians and other service have been very professional and efficient. Our last service call was performed by technician Thomas ******** 'Tommy" was the most respectful, professional and knowledgeable technician to service our two aging hvac units. He told us what we should consider replacing without trying to sell us on anything. Mostly because of Tommy's Demeanor, we will consider Air Engineers first to replace our two a/c units. I am leaving a review because Gordon's Service Experts, as a stipulation to get out of their maintenance program, had me sign a contract stating that I would not file a complaint. A stipulation in my contract is that I do not file a grievance/complaint with an agency. Since myself, google, as well as the BBB considers leaving a review and filing a complaint very different things, I will speak a little here about my experience with these Gordon's expert scam artists. Fraudulent charges The guy came out to clean septic tank, gave 3 different prices. Lied to us about septic tank stated he had to put a new cap on it at $1400 when we had another company come out they said we have 4 cap on tank.
