Does Admiral Plumbing stand by the $20 difference between brushed nickel and chrome finishes? That doesn't seem fair to me, because when I shopped for fixtures (shower, sinks, etc.) there was a greater percentage difference between the 2 finishes. Will Admiral offer a larger refund to the brushed nickel finish I was charged for?

RIP OFFS! So my grandfather's water heater went out and he didn't have the money for a brand new one. So he went with Stevonsons advantagerent program where he rents his water heater and pays less than $25.00 a month for it. The deal was that if he rented it, they would come fix it for free if he had any issues with it and replace it with a new one every 10 years. The worst experience I have ever had with a company. Given a 4 hour window, never showed up, rude contacts at the company, never attempted to get a plumber out the next day with any regard to my schedule, they just call and at their convenience try to send someone with no notice . Absolutely terrible service , not the same company it used to be . It has been sold and is no longer a family based local company and it shows in everything about this company!
Great job by the Pink Plumber team. They are very knowledgeable and efficient. Their service addressed all of my concerns, and they were resolved the same day.

Michelle is very qualified and spent extra thoughtful time with me on a warranty call involving the 1965 era faucets in my bathroom tub.
Matt the service tech, came to check out the humidifer that was not working, he determined it was the service board and said he would order a new one and return once he had the part, price was about $200.00. He returned the following day with the part, he said that he had been thinking about the problem and wanted to check something before he installed the part. He checked the wiring and found the problem. No charge. One of the reasons we have been with Golden Seal for over twenty years.
