Fantastic experience- very friendly, professional and clean. They walk you through the entire experience and are very thorough in placement and procedure. I was nervous since this was my first piercing ever & an exotic piercing at that but Gigi was amazing !! The front desk employee was thorough & welcoming as well. Gigi made me feel comfortable & did my piercing perfectly. I highly recommend �������

I love Kolo! Only place I trust for my piercings. I have gotten my nose and ear pierced there as have my sister and mom. Soon I'll be in to get my belly button done!
The lady was helpful. Staff was aloof. Didn't feel welcome or completely comfortable. Best selection of piercing jewelry I've seen! Prices$$$ A-1 quality.
