Got my dermals done here and Im definitely coming back to get my other piercings done. Customer service is great and everything is explained in detail. I had a bit of trouble with 2 of the 3 because I probably bumped them. Went in and got looked at and was helped. Even got sent a message to make sure my piercings were doing ok afterwards 😭. Totally recommend!
As always, Adam and Gigi take the best care of my piercing wants. They have one of the best varieties of jewelry for everything I’ve ever seen. I get lost in their selection of gorgeous plugs and facial jewelry. Adam is incredibly helpful in picking out the right jewelry, and Gigi is amazing at piercing. She takes her time to get it positioned well, and is a delight to work with.

I have been going to Kolo for nearly 20 years!! It's the ONLY place that I go now to get pierced or deal with or help others deal with piercing issues. Gigi is amazing, not only as a piercer but as a friend as well.
