I came in to get a Medusa Lip Piercing which another shop did but somehow a guy ended up putting a small lip ring inside my lip which caused my lips to get really big to where it looked as if it was infected which it wasn’t soo I came in everyone was soo nice and helpful and explained the healing process of my piercing and I also purchased a long lip ring that wouldn’t get stuck soo a nice guy there had took out my the piercing and put in the one I bought from kolo and since then I been feeling amazing my lip swelling went d... read more

Kyle did an amazing job with my first nose piercing! He was super helpful, knowledgeable, and fun spirited. He calmed my nerves and put me at ease during the whole process. Would absolutely recommend seeing this awesome guy if you’re looking to get pierced!
All of my body piercings except 2 have been done here and by GiGi. I decided To be cheap and go somewhere else only to have to come to GiGi becuz my experience was horrible. She took great care of my daith and conch, we changed out my jewelry and got me everything I needed and my piercings were feeling better literally then next day. I felt so much better after leaving Kolo, I will never go anywhere else again. GiGi is the best, so sweet, caring, thoughtful and professional. Love her!
