We drove to Duluth this morning from I Falls. Our daughter (who has autism) had an appointment at Essentia. It was a beautiful 85* day. Our a/c quit. Our daughter was in full meltdown mode. The service department got our vehicle in, diagnosed, and repaired as quickly as they could. Other employees went out of their way to be kind and compassionate for the distress our daughter was in. Thank you!

Had a wonderful experience from start to finish with my purchase. Working with everyone was fantastic. Jake was great at answering all my questions. Maria was wonderful in the finance department. Everyone was kind and very helpful. My previous experiences (for a previous Rav) in the Service Department was wonderful, too.
