Hands down the best car buying experience of my life. Don was so helpful and knowledgeable. There was zero pressure to purchase and no pressure to upgrade once we decided what we wanted. Financing went smoothly with no pressure for upgrades on the warranty, etc. 10/10 would recommend. They have a customer for life with me.

They treated friends of mine terribly after they purchased a brand new RAV4 that turned out to be a lemon. Avoid this dealership. I have always shopped at a Toyota dealership in nearby Superior, WI that takes excellent care of its customers, so there is no need to give this one your business.
My experience at Kolar was wonderful. Ted helped me pick out the perfect vehicle for myself, and I’m loving my 2019 RAV4. The process was smooth and easy. Maria took care of the financing end. Both Ted and Maria were awesome and great to work with. Highly recommend Kolar Toyota!
40 years of buying and servicing my vehicles and the team of Toyota and Cody at Kolar Toyota are by far the the worst at providing customer service, support, concern for driver safety or the public health. 65K on my Tacoma and if where not for my wife's keen eye that my gas tank straps had broken, I would have been driving down the highway and someone (including me) would have had injured god knows how many, Kolar and Toyota's response to the issue, sorry sir have a good day ...
