Traveling cross country trip and needed vehicle serviced. Staff was professional especially young man who wrote service work. Completed in the time frame designated.
My son and I stopped in this past Thursday to test drive a 2016 Nissan Altima. We talked to Steve an hour before we arrived. After the test drive my son was interested in buying the car. He was already preapproved for the loan. Steve told us he wasn't able to talk numbers because all of the bosses were in a meeting but he would call us in a half hour. He never called. Friendly people sealed the deal. Sales consultant Shannon Smith and Lana Leneau in finance made buying a car fun. Even though we were purchasing a relatively inexpensive used car, they treated us like important, valued customers! I love my "new" used Yaris! And I would shop at Kolar Toyota again.
I enjoyed looking at cars with Don Gustafson. He gave me the keys to a cute blue Prius C and it was soon after that I bought it. New place looks great. I'm enjoying my car and the service was great.
