Wow through all these years of buying cars Ernest was so superior to every other salesperson we had. He was never pushy always pleasant and very respectful. He also explained everything about the car thoroughly. This car is like being on a computer for the first time. Ernest made everything seem simple even though he had to explain several times. He was and is a very patient salesperson!!!! We will buy our next car hopefully from Ernest at Toyota!!!!
