RecommendedKOI was amazing with my little ladies! All of the staff was super friendly and kind. Patrick was especially awesome! He was so great with all the girls and talked through everything and answered all of their questions. He was extra awesome with my youngest Mila who was super nervous about getting her ears pierced. He was kind, thoughtful and patient with her until she was ready to do it! Very happy with the end result! Thanks KOI!
Koi is great. I got my tragus done here and they were very professional, clean, and answered all my questions. A few months later I had to have surgery and I dropped by to have a retainer put in. After surgery, I went to have my jewelry put back in and all the receptionists were very kind and made sure I had a place to sit and was as physically comfortable as possible. The piercer got to me in such a quick and timely manner, I couldn't have asked for better customer service. Thank you, Koi! Would recommend to a friend!
Extremely professional, knowledgeable, and helpful. I had bad piercings from another shop. After a thorough consultation at Koi, we decided to take them out. I was walked through the entire healing process, and decided to re-pierce them after they’re completely healed. Definitely recommend!!

I had bad migraines before they are so much better. few and far between when they come they are more like mini headaches and I know part if that is because ita only been a month still healing up.
As busy as they were, the staff was super nice and fun!!! Took care of everyone and didn’t complain how busy it was. DeeJ, our piercer was amazing with my 5 year old daughter and did a fantastic job!!!! I’ll definitely be coming back her for my future piercings!!!
Love this place!!! Frank and Patrick amazing! They do their job in a very professional, respectful and painless way.... I got my Daith, Labret, Septum and Tongue pierced. I do recommend this place 💯 and of course thinking to go back again to get a few more...
6 year old ear piercing went great! There was a wait but great food that's close. They'll call to remind you too.
