RecommendedI Brought my daughter in to get her ears re-pierced due to a horrible experience with clairs. From the moment we walked in dealing with front desk registration stuff, to picking out jewelry then working with jade and going through the piercing process was amazing. Everyone put my kiddos choices first and made sure she walked away loving her experience! Koi definitely has a new family of clients between my girls and myself. We will definitely be coming back for more piercings in the future.
Great studio and super friendly people! Jade was amazing and fit me in at the last minute to have my septum ring changed. The staff was so nice and courteous, and they answered all of my questions. I would highly recommend visiting them! Thanks again!
Can't say enough good things about my experience today!A week ago, while on a trip to California, I spontaneously decided to get my tragus done. I’ve always liked Koi piercing studio, patronaged it since I was legal for many piercings that have come and gone over the years. Last night I had my nostril stud switched out to a “true fit” ring by a piercer that…for lack of a better explanation…had little patience and interest in listening or fulfilling her clients requests. I have religiously always used Koi as my place to be pierced. Literally every single piercing on my body has been done there and they have been great up until today. Their website clearly states that we can bring our own jewelry in to be pierced with, we just need to bring it in the day before your appointment to be cleaned, which is exactly what I did. Had a fabulous experience at Koi. Had my rook and conch pierced. Cat also changed the jewelry on my industrial and snug. Which I hadn’t planned on doing. She was super friendly and the piercings went very well. So happy with my experience and I definitely going to Koi again. And I’ve been telling all my friends about how great my experience was.
Cat was awesome! It was my daughters first piercing and Cat was so informative and made her feel so comfortable and not nervous at all! We will definitely going back soon!
Had my septum done, heard horror stories of people going other places and getting bad placement, bad piercers, etc- had mine done, I didn’t even know he’d done it until he sat back. Very friendly and professional, I won’t go anywhere else for a piercing.
They are awesome!!!!! This is the only place I will go!!
