Patrick was AMAZING. The staff was fantastic. They prepared us and explained everything. My 6-year-old was a little bit apprehensive and they were great with her. Worth the wait. ❤️❤️❤️

We took my 4yo daughter here to get her ears pierced and her experience was great. The lady doing the piercing explained to her what she was doing and was overall very good with my daughter. I’m very pleased with the entire thing.
Koi has been great at handling everything from my piercing, to care and maintenance when required. They have an exceptionally skilled staff, work hard to make each customer feel valued, and are reasonably priced. Can't recommend it enough for consultations or work.

Amazing selection of jewelry ! All of the staff couldn’t be more helpful and patient with little ones! Patrick explained everything to my sisters and our daughters that were getting their ears pierced! Hands down the best piercing shop!
