This was my second time at Koi. my piercer Patrick did awesome! I got both done at the same time and it was nearly painless!
First time going here and it was a very relaxing unique experience. My piercer Frank was very kind and made my anchor piercing look perfect. They went over everything to look out for and what to expect and made sure what I wanted done. The price was right for my piercing and the experience.

Knowledgeable and friendly staff, and such a variety of jewelry to choose from! My son wanted his ears pierced and I couldn’t have picked a better place. Everything was clean and well prepared. The piercer was very patient and kind to my son, and took the time to explain the entire process. 10/10 would recommend.
first time here and the wait was long. they let us know up front and suggested places to go walk around to kill time. we went and had ice cream and came back. as long as you go in knowing that they are busy and they tend to each customer's needs, you will enjoy your experience. what might take you 10 mins might take someone else 30+ with questions and nervousness. they try really hard to keep you in the loop on time frames etc. knowing each person gets their undivided attention and no one is rushed out of there makes the wai... read more
took out 10yr old to get a second lobe piercing, they did a great job! everyone was nice and helpful.
It was my first time going here. Got the Daith piercing in both ears. The staff was amazing! Answered all my questions, suggested what earring to start out with (for comfort). They are very clean and efficient. The guy explained everything he was doing. Changed gloves every time he touched something. Asked how I was doing after each piercing. Just above and beyond!
