Great service! Great product! My number one choice for all things photography. All of the employees are very knowledgable and are always willing to help and answer questions. Plus their hold "music" is very entertaining!
Without a doubt the only place to go for photo printing, photo gifts, and camera/equipment expertise. The staff is friendly and genuinely cares about all their customers; I know because I worked there for 4 years! Truly a lovely group of people— especially the owners Lori and Gary.
Had a flash break in half after a couple days of having it, they gave me a brand new one no questions. There's things I could buy on amazon for a cheaper price but I would much rather give them the business so this store can stay alive. I'm hopeful for a toledo or holland location.
Kohne Camera is the best photo center to get the clearest most vivid prints. They are so helpful and can answer any photogrphy question you could possibly have! It is my favorite place to go!!!
Went in there today to purchase an accessory I thought I needed. After excellent advice from Clayton/Clancy (can't remember the specific name) I realized I didn't need it. Then he gave me advice on how to set my shoot up! Just incredible customer service...thanks so much!!!
I cant thank Clayton enough. I took his " beginner class " on the operation of the camera and it gave me the confidence to never use the "Auto" setting again!
