Just discovered this little gem of a camera store. Staff was personable, engaging and friendly. Preston helped me out of a seemingly huge 'newbie' jam without even laughing at me (at least to my face, ha! :-) ) Grant was extremely helpful and informative when I came back to pick up my camera. They quickly earned a regular customer.

I asked Kohne to help me create a branded piece for the grand opening of a family member's new business. In working with Lori regarding my idea she pushed me to think more about the purpose of the business and to incorporate pictures and messaging around that concept. Tetyana helped with editing photos and putting together a beautiful metal art piece that is well beyond what I envisioned. We were on a tight deadline. Bad experience trying to have equipment repaired. Spent a useless $53 on an “evaluation fee” just for them to forget they even had my equipment. Then they sent it to someone else, who would be able to fix it (without having to buy new parts) for over double the price it would cost to get the same equipment, new(working).
