Very happy with my 8 x 10 metal print I had done, it came out way better than i expected.. I would post a pic of it but its a christmas present for a family member.. Tanya McGowan waited on me and was very helpful and friendly.
I came into the store with a problem with an Alien Bee strobe not firing. I knew it could've possibly had to do with the camera to transceiver connection, the strobe itself, or the cord from the strobe to the receiver. Before sending my strobe back to the manufacturer and putting me down a light, I thought I'd check locally to see if my issue could be resolved. I made my first visit in to this amazing camera shop/store. Me being a rookie and only beginning my adventures in photography. I found it comforting to have Grant a very helpful and knowledgeable young man help me with finding what I am looking for without spending an arm and a leg. Grant you made my day!!!! Thank you!!
The best of everything here! Customer service #1, they have such a good selection of gear, I always walk out wanting more! Great store to shop in and I think very highly of them!! Gary helped me with a color issue on a print and turn around time was impressive!!
