Rich K*** installed new cork flooring in the entire bedroom wing of the mid-century modern home my husband & I are updating. He also refinished existing parquet flooring in the library. Fantastic job! We were in a real bind when another flooring "professional" gave us an in-person quote, scheduled us, then decided not to show up to do the work. Kohl was recommended by our neighborhood FB group and we could not have found a better company. Responsive, professional, FAST, and fairly priced, Rich and his assistant worked real magic on our floors. We were so thankful to find them and we're over the moon with the gorgeous work they did.

Rich and his assistant did a great job on our floors. He did exactly what we asked for the price he quoted. The floors are beautiful. They were done right on time. We were pleasantly surprised how little dust the process made. We had sealed off or covered as much of our stuff in the other rooms as possible to protect it, but the dust clothes were barely dusty! It was a lot of work to move everything out and back in, but we are so glad we did it.

I had a terrific experience working with Rich K*** on the refinishing of my hardwood floors. In a sea of people who don't call back or that simply vanish, Rich was a breath of fresh air. He had excellent follow-through (always did what he said he would do) and was extremely responsive, reliable, and punctual. Rick K*** has refinished hardwood floors for us on two occasions at two houses, the last one done recently. He does a wonderful job with repairs, sanding, staining and finishing hardwood floors. He is very dependable and pleasing to deal with. we would recommend him to anyone who wants their floors done professionally.
