I was referred to Dr Koh by my dentist for an extraction. Dr Koh's office staff were extremely accommodating and polite. At my appointment everyone there were polite and helpful. I met with Dr Koh and his wife for my consultation they explained all alternatives and were very sweet people and they put me at ease. I was a Patient of Dr. Koh for two implants. My experience was that I received excellent care from Dr. Koh and his staff, including Dee and Carla in the treatment area and Sara, Leilani and Ruby at the front desk area. Not only are they thoroughly professional and knowledgeable, they have such a pleasant and reassuring attitude. I have had three different implants that were done by Dr. Koh. I am very pleased with the whole process and the results. I will have more work done by Dr. Koh in the future, and I know I will be treated well and taken care of. Dr. Koh has spent the time necessary to explain all my options, and he works with my dentist to make sure the plan we have for my dental health is being followed appropriately. I called to inquire about what insurance they accepted and Stella was absolutely the RUDEST person. I will not be doing business with your office.
