I was a patient of this dentist until recently. My experience: on 4/23/21 I broke a top molar she had filled less than a year ago. I immediately called her office for an appt and was told they would have to “work me in” for the next week as she was booked. I was given an appt for 4/30/21; upon arrival, I met with a covering dentist I had never met and was told Dr. K. was off, which I was not told when the appt was scheduled. My husband and have been going to Dr. Koetter for many years. She truly cares about her patients and the office staff and Hygienist are great.

I had fillings done in 2015-2016 and now they are starting to decay. I had a procedure done that was the most pain I have ever experienced. Changed providers, had the same procedure, and had no paid whatsoever. I would not recommend Dr. Koetter.

She seems nice for the split seconds you see her. Doesn't have any relationship with her patients and doesn't even try. She never explained the condition of my teeth nor she discussed the treatment plan. Wanted to put a few crowns even though there were other treatment options. Didn't try to save my teeth. It seems to me that her practice is all about cashing in on her patients instead of doing what's best for their teeth :( I do NOT recommend her! Although the staff is very nice and courteous.
