Once again, regretfully, I brought in a car. Tiny scratches, I was a little less heartbroken. John got me a ride home and delivered the car. It's beautiful! Thanks Koenes!
Took my car in for some touch up work. Front spoiler needed replacing and a cracked taillight. Ordered parts on Wednesday, repairs done Friday. Less than quoted. Saved me by restocking unneeded parts. Saved me on labor by getting done 30 mins quicker than expected.
Unfortunately, this was not the first time I've had to get body work done by Koenes. Fortunately, they are awesome and do a fantastic job. I always recommend them for their great service and unnoticeable repair work. They are easy to communicate with and handled everything smoothly with my insurance company. Told me two weeks for my repair, but it was only 8 days! Thanks Koenes!

Brought my Prius into Koenes Auto Body after a car / deer accident. They replaced my hood, front corner panel, bumper, door, and window. I was overjoyed when I picked it up yesterday. It was absolutely beautiful, better than new. They even detailed the interior and exterior and removed the swirl marks in my paint. I highly recommend Koenes and would give them more than 5 stars if I could.

Had a rust spot around the emblem on the rear hatch, both front fenders, and both side rocker panels. VW paid for three new body parts and rocker panel repair. Koenes did a great job and got it done on time that they promised. Plus they did some touch up on the front bumper from a parking lot mishap, they straightened the right front air dam when I bent it sliding into a snowbank.
