Eddie Kavaluskis is the worst Pearson to deal with. Terrible quality and Customer service
Even though the body work your guys did for me was fairly minor, I am rather particular about my triple-black convertible and wanted it done right – which you did! Two of the three “door dings” are completely gone (I literally cannot find them) and the third (located right on a seam on the right-rear fender) is now almost invisible. RecommendedI was involved in a rear end accident, my insurance wanted me to take my vehicle to Gerber Collision.. I was not impressed with them or the lack of service I received. I called several different body shop (clearly none of them wanted my business) with no return call. My husband suggested Koenes so I called them! They got me in to do a quote and called me back to get my vehicle in for repair! They did an amazing job on my explorer! I highly recommend Koenes!! We have used Koenes Auto Body on several occasions and each time I've been thrilled with the results.
Sad thing happened last week. I got a small ding in my Frunk (Tesla Hood - no engine so it is additional storage). ugh! I was sad. I took it to Koenes. They did AMAZING work on getting the ding out. It looks like nothing ever happened. It looks perfect. They did one of their no-paint repairs... it took a day - but they took me to work and back to the shop without any hassle (I work just 5 minutes away from their office). These guys are the best in town, did a great job on a hood and front bumper job for me!
Amazing people to work with. My car looked the best it ever has when I got it back from them. Definitely would recommend them!
