I was extremely impressed with the Schuco windows. The salesperson was kind of annoying. The finance guy was nice. The contractors were late, due to a previous job. The contractors cleaned up, but still left a bit of a mess. One of my windows has a problem. I don't like the way they did the trim between windows. The windows are really nice though. I will use them again, since I will get a discount on subsequent orders. They are very expensive.
Everyone I dealt with, from the sales staff to the installers, were courteous, knowledgeable, professional, and just plain nice people! I LOVE my Schuco windows - they keep the house so quiet and snug...Plus they look great!
Salesman were polite and knowledgeable. Installers were on time, professional, courteous, cleaned up after the job was complete. Showed me how to use the windows.
