we are very pleased with the work performed. It wasn't as smooth as we hoped but they stood by and made sure we were satisfied. To us, this was important. The only negative was the lack of follow up which improved near the end.

I spoke with the customer and explained that the factory has not shipped the door yet, as soon as we receive it it will be installed to their full satisfaction. We do apologize for the delay from the manufacturer but will continue to follow up them.
I definitely recommend this company. I will be using them when I get siding as well!

the quality and cleanliness was incredible, they were in and out in a day and you could not even tell they were there.
it is a good company, they have done flooring, windows, doors siding and they are excellent, they do what the say and do it on time.
Kodiak is like having your own personal consultant! The salesman, Rick, and the project coordinator, Ed are an absolute joy to work with. Professionally installed windows have been done with such expertise, that I have contracted them to do a major overhaul on our old house. An extended hallway to a new addition, gutters, covered porch and a wall knock-out to make a huge closet! We are so excited we can hardly contain ourselves! :) Thanks for the recommendation!
There were a few bumps in the project, but overall Kodiak did a good job, the finished product looks great :) Just took a little longer than planed. Some of the delays were out of Kodiak's hands others could have been caught by them. Although the workers were very nice.
