Great job on the roof. Cleaned up everything.
Very knowledgeable. Helped us not only with roof but made suggestions for ventilation problems in attic.
The contractors that did the work did a great job, even working in the pouring rain. The company that was recommended did a very poor job of communication with us. After 4 weeks we called to see what was going on and 2 different times were told they would call back and they did not. Another time they said the installers would be there the next day and they did not come. They also told the installers we were whining about the work getting done. They need some work on their customer service.
The windows are extremely expensive but I have nothing but praise for the quality and safety features of the windows, and the professionalism of the two installers. My house is old and any job always turns into an unexpected ordeal but the end result is perfect and beautiful.
They use a glass factory supplier in Wisconsin. Cardinal Glass Kodak had to special order my slider glass as it was an old Lincoln brand wooden slider. There is a local glass factory in Burnips, MI. , Castle Glass which is a cheaper alternative after I compared prices. However I would definitedly hire Kodiak construction again as they did a very good job; albeit pricey after my own price shopping. So I would now bargain for using a local quality and cheaper glass factory supplier but still use Kodiak. Give them a try.
The siding looks great! Clean up, not so much....but they promised to take care of that. Nice people!
