Honestly, if I could give a negative star rating..I would. I made reservations for this parking garage for last weekend. When we arrived after the start of our time, the gate was down and our parking pass was said to be invalid. We called customer support from the number at the garage, spoke with THREE different people who all hung up on me - finally spoke to a woman who was happy to try to help, and while she couldn't do anything we were given the email to reach out to for a refund. 60.00 is a little pricey when we usually pay 50 DURING MG season, But the lady ( I wish I had her name she was on duty Sunday 2/8/26 was soooo very kind to me and my kids. She " entertained' my kids while my husband made the many trips to load our vehicle and I waited outside ( I could see them) and they went back and forth. She told my oldest she should be famous one day, and OMG you have NO idea how this made my daughter who has ASD,OCD and Anxiety soooo happy and gave her a boost of confidence that she needed.
