I have been attending clinical Pilates with Hanh-Nhi post cancer treatment, she is very attentive to my problem areas and tailors the session each time to maximize benefit but also reduce any flareups.
I was skeptical at first as I never had to seek dietitian before. Plus, I was worried to be told what not to eat, when I love food too much!
